The main argument for refusing to try this trend was that days after washing, the hair looks shiny from the roots, due to the oils it naturally produces.
Many mentioned that dry shampoo is expensive and also leaves residue in the hair that is not at all aesthetically pleasing.

So today we bring you a recipe courtesy of one of our most loyal and beloved readers.
DIY hack to make dry shampoo at home like a pro.
What we will need are:
INGREDIENTS
- Two tablespoons of baking soda
- Two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- Ten drops of peppermint essence or your preference
PREPARATION METHOD
- Mix both powders in a glass container and mix them until you get the same color.
- Add the drops of the oil of your choice
- Mix until you get a homogeneous powder
- Pour the contents of the container into a salt shaker
APPLICATION METHOD
- Separate your hair into sections. We recommend starting with the classic middle part.
- Apply the product with the help of the salt shaker. You shouldn't saturate your roots, but you should cover them enough so that the mixture absorbs your hair's natural oil.
- Apply it only to the crown area. Once applied, massage with your fingers in a circular motion to distribute the product.
- When finished, place your head upside down and shake to remove any excess.
