Remedy number two: papaya seed and oil mask with Greek yogurt
To make this mask, you'll need to go to your nearest store to buy the ripest papaya you can find, along with papaya oil and sugar-free Greek yogurt.
To prepare this mask you will need a good food processor or failing that, a blender. To start preparing the mask you will need to put two tablespoons of ripe papaya seeds into the processor along with 10 milliliters of papaya oil. If you can't find it, you can substitute it with organic coconut oil. Once the ingredients are combined, turn on the processor at its highest speed to obtain a kind of syrup. Once you have it, add the yogurt, which we recommend freezing for 15 minutes to give it a thicker consistency. The consistency we are looking for is that of a paste.
Both the seeds and the papaya oil contain minerals that strengthen hair from the middle to the ends and restore strength and shine, while the yogurt deeply moisturizes your hair.
You should apply this mask once a week, always from the mid-lengths to the ends, on completely dry hair. Ideally, you should let it sit on your hair for 35 minutes to truly enjoy the results.
