Shipping and Return Policies

LIZAPONS is committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, we provide the shipping and return policies for the garments we sell through our online service below to meet customer needs and demands:

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

1.- If the product is to be returned due to size, color, or manufacturing defect, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of issue to the date of receipt of your order. * Restrictions apply to some categories.

2.- The returned product must be in its original packaging, including accessories, promotional items, and original labels.

3.- For safety and hygiene reasons, and for the satisfaction of all our customers, returns must meet the following requirements:
- The garment must be in good condition:
* Free of stains (makeup, lipstick, food, liquids, etc.)
* Free of odors (perfume, deodorants, etc.)
* Not previously used

4.- To make your exchange, your purchase receipt is required, within the same period of 15 calendar days .

5.- Outside of these rules established in these policies, we reserve the right to make changes or refunds.

6.- Exceptions that are not covered by the warranty.
- When the garment has been used under conditions other than normal.
- When the garment has not been operated in accordance with the accompanying user instructions (label inside the garment).
- When the garment has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- There are no changes on garments in white or bone color .

- Party dresses

7.- In the case of purchasing any item on sale, no exchanges or refunds of any kind are made.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN PROCESS 

1.- The customer must ensure that the product complies with the return policies described above.
2.- Changes by parcel service
The process for changing sizes, colors, or models is as follows:
* LIZAPONS will send the customer a return guide free of charge. The customer simply needs to print it and attach it to the return package. Once LIZAPONS has the new sizes, colors, or models requested for the return , the customer must cover the return shipping cost of 149 Mexican pesos. This amount is valid only if the return is within Mexican territory. This does not apply to international returns.

The aforementioned value only applies to the return package from the store's address to the customer's address. However, if the reason for the return is due to a model change and the value is greater than that purchased in the original order, the customer must cover the difference applicable to LIZAPONS for the new model selected.

* For Total Refund: The customer must send the products to our reception center at his own expense ( see address ) and cover 100% of the costs derived from the parcel service based on

Once LIZAPONS receives the products and analyzes their condition, it will issue a decision on whether or not to refund the customer. The refund will be exclusively for the purchase price of the product(s), not the cost of the courier during the initial shipment.

* In the Premium Collection Party, Lingerie and Accessories Categories, Exchanges and Returns are Not Applicable.

Note: At the time of purchase, the customer agrees 100% to these Terms and Conditions for Exchanges or Returns.



Note: In any case, you will be provided with the tracking number with which you can track it on the FedEx, RedPack, Estafeta, 99 Minutos or DHL website.

 

Refunds do not apply to discounted, clearance, or sale items, evening or party dresses, lingerie, swimwear, or sample sales.

If your purchase wasn't satisfactory, we'll refund your money. Please note that to return your order, it must be in perfect condition.

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is posted.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send it to: Valle de las Monjas 7, Atizapán de Zaragoza, MEX, 52930, Mexico.

The customer's package must be sent to LIZAPONS only by FedEx, RedPack, or Estafeta and must be in good condition, since it depends on us receiving the package in a timely manner and in the correct condition and therefore being able to approve a full or partial refund of the purchase amount.

If you're shipping an item or package valued at more than $1,500 MXN, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that the carrier will successfully deliver to our offices.
