There are many factors throughout our lives that cause our hair to change: internal and external factors, hormones, dye, the heat we subject our hair to daily from curling irons, flat irons, and hair dryers;
Sun exposure is not only bad for your skin but also your hair. Pollution—the list goes on and on. All of these factors contribute to the visible damage that manifests in our hair as frizz, dull, and dry hair.
That's why today we bring you a compilation of three recipes from Grandma's that take advantage of all of Mother Nature's gifts—three homemade, easy-to-make masks with ingredients you can buy at the supermarket.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DRY HAIR
Ingredients
-Half an avocado
-A tablespoon of mayonnaise
-A tablespoon of olive oil
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mash the avocado. You're looking for a consistency similar to that of guacamole. Once you've achieved this, use a blender and add the tablespoon of mayonnaise and the tablespoon of olive oil. The mask should resemble a conditioner and appear light green in color.

Apply generously from the ends to the middle. DO NOT apply it to the roots as it is a mask that is a bit difficult to wash out. Apply it, put on a shower cap and wait 15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, wash as you normally do.
Do it once a week.
FOR THOSE WITH DULL HAIR
Ingredients
-Half a glass of apple cider vinegar
Go into the shower and wash your hair just as you normally do with shampoo and conditioner. Take the glass with you into the shower. Before you get out, with your hair already washed, fill the remaining part of the glass with water from the shower and pour it on your hair from the roots.
Don't rinse, the vinegar won't leave any smell, dry as usual and you'll notice the difference.
Do it three times a week.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE HAIR THAT FALLS EASILY
Ingredients
-Two potatoes
-A spoonful of honey
-Petals of a rose of roses
Place all the ingredients in a pot and boil for 30 minutes. Once it cools, put a whole potato and a cup of the water you boiled it in in the blender. Take half of the petals and add them to the blender as well.
The consistency we are looking for is completely liquid. Once we have it, we put in a spray bottle and apply the mask to the roots, mid-lengths, and lengths of wet hair after bathing. This mask is washed off the next morning.
Do it twice a week.
