In our personal lives, we may consider one or more elements to be essential, but there is a formula that has helped the longest-lived people on earth. Something many call the best-kept secret. It is based on the following:
Work-life balance
It is extremely important that as women we always strive to perform professionally and grow as human beings.
The big mistake is that for decades we've been led to believe that the two are at odds with each other; you're either a successful professional or a loving mother.
This is a lie! You don't have to choose. Balance your time and prioritize well.
That is the key for you to know what you have to pay more attention to and not feel bad for choosing one or the other. We are all different and so is our happiness and concept of success.
Eat a balanced diet
We often underestimate the importance of eating a balanced diet, and although we're taught to use patterns like the food pyramid from childhood, we rarely follow them as adults.
Whether you're in a hurry or for convenience, remember that your body is the perfect machine, and the best way for it to function as it should for a long period of time is by eating properly.
Prioritize those sacred eating hours in your life, don't skip meals and drink water, you'll see how everything works and flows faster,
Treasure your hours of sleep
Your body needs seven to nine hours to fully regenerate. The moment you start disrupting your sleep cycles, you begin to feel irritable, distracted, and tired.
Sleep is one of the basic pillars you should follow to make your life simpler and happier. If you're not rested, the world will seem 10 times more chaotic than it actually is. Try to cherish your sleep as if it were a great treasure, because in reality, it isn't.

Always keep moving
As professionals, our work often leads us to live a sedentary life without any type of physical activity.
And what this does is destroy the body, our muscles, joints and tendons, so it is necessary that you keep moving at least 2 hours a week.
Failure to do this can cause you problems that are entirely solvable in 5 years, such as being overweight, but in 40 years, the mobility and elasticity you will have lost will not be recoverable. Don't let time continue to pass.
It's time to move!
And as simple as it may seem, this is the best-kept secret: the pyramid of well-being under which you should govern your routine.
Do you have any others you think we should add to the list?
